Job Title: Night Team Member

As a Night Team Member at Accor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth and secure environment for all guests during the night shift.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
  • Lead by example when attending to guest requests and strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Take initiative to ensure that interactions with customers are positive and productive.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring accurate and timely posting of charges.
  • Maintain strict security procedures with credit transactions, accounting procedures, and guest confidentiality/privacy.
  • Operate the switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally, and transfer calls to relevant departments as needed.
  • Document all internal and guest messages accurately and distribute according to specified hotel procedure.
  • Assist with screening calls for reservations and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage.
  • Ability to take decisions and think on your feet.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well as a team.
  • Computer literate and ability to learn new software.
