To qualify for this role, candidates must be drivers with the ability to travel and possess a UK professional health qualification, which necessitates registration with HCPC, NMC, or as a Social Worker. Our Case Managers benefit from a top-tier Learning and Development program, including pathways for Expert Witness training.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Case Manager is essential.
  • Possession of a UK professional health qualification requiring HCPC, NMC, or Social Worker registration.
  • A valid Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in supporting individuals with neurological conditions in community settings, applicable to both adults and children.
  • Capability to address and manage employee concerns fairly and consistently.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
  • A flexible, professional, and positive approach to working across multiple sites.
