About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Destination Manager to join our team at Scott Dunn. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for elevating our European tailor-made product by creating innovative destination product strategies that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement destination product strategies that meet the needs of our discerning guests from the USA, UK, and Singapore.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements to secure the best possible rates and services.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop digital and print campaigns that showcase our European product offerings.
  • Provide regular product updates and training to the team, including support on price-matching and ad-hoc negotiating.
  • Identify and contract experiences that enhance guests' holidays and add differentiation to the product.
  • Oversee fam trip content and planning, ensuring relevant product is seen and pre- and post-fam work is completed in line with company guidelines.
  • Attend supplier events, trade shows, and overseas travel as required.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences. You will have a deep understanding of the European travel market and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful product strategies.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. You will also have a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage supplier relationships.

  • Significant product management and tailor-made travel experience.
  • Evidenced people management and leadership skills.
  • Commercial acumen with evidenced experience in managing commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborative approach with strong internal and external relationship management skills.
  • Forward-thinking approach with the ability to work autonomously.
