About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Destination Manager to join our team at FCM Travel. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining destinations in line with our company's strategy, identifying new product opportunities, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the luxury travel market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement destination strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective product promotion and branding
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure FCM Travel remains competitive
Requirements
  • Significant experience in the travel industry, preferably in destination management or product development
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
