Dalkia UK is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to become a vital part of our Human Resources team. This position offers a blend of remote work and office engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver a professional and efficient HR administration service that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Main Duties:

  1. Oversee and manage HR administrative functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Continuously assess and enhance HR administrative processes, proposing improvements and streamlining workflows while considering all stakeholders.
  3. Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  4. Manage multiple HR email accounts, filtering queries to the relevant team members.
  5. Maintain and update various HR systems effectively.
  6. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including changes to employment terms, TUPE, benefits, and pensions.
  7. Assist the broader HR team with various projects as needed.
  8. Collaborate closely with Payroll to report new hires, absences, changes, and departures.
  9. Generate reports from HR systems as required.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Experience in administration within a fast-paced environment.
  2. Proficient in data management, including data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in HR administration.
  2. Familiarity with HR practices.
  3. Skills in data analysis.

Knowledge and Skills:

Essential:

  1. Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, capable of extracting raw data for summaries and reports, including automated reporting.
  2. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a strong emphasis on Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
  3. Strong numerical aptitude.
  4. Ability to foster effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
  5. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  6. Customer-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
  7. Solid educational background.
