The HR Services Coordinator role is diverse and fast-paced, involving comprehensive HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
In this position, you will also assist with Occupational Health referrals and the scheduling of routine medical assessments.
Effective communication with colleagues, union representatives, and management is essential, so you should be confident in engaging with various stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual who is proficient with technology and data management, possessing a keen eye for detail, as precision is crucial in this role.
Ideally, you will have experience working within a busy HR environment and be well-versed in general HR administration practices.
This position is office-based, as we believe in the value of teamwork and collaboration to enhance information sharing and learning.
We have multiple openings available, including one permanent position and another on a fixed-term contract basis, which may have the potential to transition into a permanent role in the future.
