We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Sous Chef.
Salary: £34,944
Hours: Salary based on a 48-hour contract, with flexibility for reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production.
- Maintaining top-notch standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Managing a specific kitchen section serving up to 150 guests daily.
- Adhering to menu specifications to guarantee dish consistency.
- Overseeing junior kitchen staff.
- Proposing innovative ideas to enhance kitchen efficiency.
- Assisting in managing food costs effectively.
- Upholding excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Adaptable with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen utilizing fresh ingredients.
- Reliable with excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in medium-sized hotels with banquet and restaurant operations.
- Desirable experience in a rosette-standard dining environment.
- Ability to follow directions and perform tasks accurately.
- Food safety certification along with relevant culinary qualifications.
- Willingness to grow and develop within the team.
