• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure top-notch product quality.
• Maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.
• Managing a specific section of the kitchen serving up to 150 guests daily.
• Adhering closely to menu specifications to guarantee dish consistency.
• Overseeing junior kitchen staff.
• Proposing innovative ideas to enhance kitchen efficiency.
• Assisting in managing food costs effectively.
• Upholding excellent standards of Environmental Health and Food Hygiene.
