Purpose

Supporting Sales channels by providing consistent, accurate, timely automated reporting relating to all aspects of telesales, you will implement, monitor and improve reporting systems which improve business intelligence and aid decision making across the channel.

Providing detailed data analysis in order to identify any emerging trends across the sales operation, you will be required to contribute within he team environment to develop technical expertise with problem solving, process design and development, assessing business impact and assist in the delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities Identify and utilise systems to provide in-depth reports to Telesales operational team Maintain accurate portfolio of productivity and sales volumes across multiple 3rd party partners Continuously improve Telesales reporting portfolio, ensure key stakeholder needs are met Verifying information against reported information, looking at patterns/trends and identifying obvious errors and identify improvements Creating reports from MS Access and Excel, designing, developing and building new reports as per Management requests Collating and building reports from a variety of sources from both internal and external data points Pro-actively identify internal customer requirements and build reporting data in order to meet requirements within appropriate timelines Using created reports to help drive data decisions to improve performance within sales channel Deliver ad hoc reporting as requested by Management Team What you'll bring Demonstrating your in depth experience of reporting within a sales environment, you will possess the ability to understand complexity quickly, making decisions with confidence and clarity based on that understanding. With your well-developed numerical, analytical and planning skills, you will also be able to demonstrate good communication skills and your understanding of Sales performance metrics. You will be highly Proficient in MS Access, Excel and VBA. Working to tight timescales, reacting to special cause events within the operation, you will beable to influence Line Managers and Account Managers by providing justifiable solutions and recommendations around reporting problems.
