Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our case management team. As a Case Management Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of counselling cases, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management Administration: Ensure all counselling cases are matched within 24 working hours and session confirmations are received within 12 working hours.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for affiliate network counsellors, updating system maps and databases as required.
  • Risk Management: Effectively monitor risk cases in accordance with risk policy.
  • Session Management: Process and manage additional sessions requests, liaising with counsellors and employers to ensure timely completion.
  • Team Support: Work on other projects as reasonably requested and ensure all individual and team KPIs are adhered to on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with any cases or sensitive information obtained as part of the role.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders via telephone, face-to-face, or written communications.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate self-sufficiency, innovation, and a drive to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a good level of computer literacy, including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience: Experience in data entry, scheduling, and diary management is desired but not essential.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets, with a desire to instil the same behaviours into the team.
