Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Partnerships Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, managing existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Partnership Opportunities

Research and identify potential partners that align with our business goals and values.

Manage Existing Partnerships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.

Drive Revenue Growth

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sponsor commitments are met and develop new partnership packages to drive revenue growth.

Operational Management

Manage the operational elements of partnerships, including onboarding, event management, and CRM management.

Requirements
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated

Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.

Excellent Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Organized and Process-Driven

Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Tech Savvy

Proficient in using technology to manage partnerships, including CRM systems and marketing tools.
