Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Partnerships Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, managing existing partners, and onboarding new partners to our events.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with FMCG businesses
- Manage incoming event partner enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and present new partnership opportunities to existing partners
- Onboard new partners and manage the operational elements of our events
- Develop and manage partnership packages for our event portfolio
- Manage our CRM system to ensure seamless communication with partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sponsor commitments are met
- Provide regular revenue reports to the founders and suggest strategies to hit our targets
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Super organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and process-driven, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Customer-centric and focused on delivering exceptional partner experiences
- London-based or able to commute to our London offices at least one day a week
- Experience working in events and managing sponsors
- Experience in customer-facing roles and managing accounts
- Demonstrable interest in food and drink and FMCG
