About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team at Chelsea FC. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for managing and delivering world-class partnerships with our global and regional commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver partnerships with global and regional commercial partners, ensuring all contractual rights are met and exceeded.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate effective partner campaigns using Chelsea assets and IP, including digital and physical activations.
  • Work closely with the Club's Marketing department to deliver best-in-class campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage contracted legend appearances and deliver relevant activations domestically and globally, including CSR programs and match day experiences.
  • Support the Partnerships Strategic Lead in building strong partner relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of partners across the Club.
  • Lead meetings with internal stakeholders, partners, and external parties to drive partnership growth and success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in the sponsorship/sports marketing industry.
  • Experience in account managing brands on a global scale.
  • Strategic and analytical capability, with a commercial and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
