High Speed Steel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Speed Steel Sales Manager to join our team at 4546 Dormer Pramet Sales USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the high speed steel market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the high speed steel market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the high speed steel industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth in the high speed steel market.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to address challenges.
