About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative II. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and developing initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
  • Ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively
  • Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
  • Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys

Requirements:

  • Have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and procedures involved in the FO product range
  • Be able to communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and peers at all levels
  • Be able to quickly take ownership of customer requirements and make decisions and problem-solve using available tools and resources
  • Be a self-motivated team player with excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Be a confident and competent user of Microsoft Office packages, with SAP experience an asset
  • The ability to communicate in a foreign language is an asset
