Job Summary:

About the Role
As a Resident Participation Manager, you will be responsible for leading resident engagement activities across the department and providing support, direction, and guidance to the four Resident Participation Officers (RPO).
You will work with senior officers to ensure a strategic approach to resident engagement, helping to develop the annual resident conference and expand informal engagement opportunities available to residents. You should have knowledge of all resident participation models up to and including resident management organisations, a genuine commitment to empowering residents, and a sound knowledge of relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an imaginative and innovative approach to community engagement.
- Work with senior officers to develop a strategic approach to resident engagement.
- Provide support, direction, and guidance to Resident Participation Officers (RPO).
- Help develop the annual resident conference and expand informal engagement opportunities.
- Have a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and resident participation models.
