About the Role

As a Resident Participation Manager, you will be responsible for leading community engagement initiatives across the organization. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies that promote resident empowerment, collaboration, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement plans that foster resident participation and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to community development officers to ensure effective implementation of community engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior officers to develop and maintain a strategic approach to community engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address community needs, developing innovative solutions to promote resident participation and community development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community development, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of community participation models and resident management organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, community groups, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative community engagement strategies, with a focus on resident empowerment and community building.
