About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Management Expert to join our team as EMEA Senior Category Manager for E-commerce. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our toys and games category online.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, providing them with expert category management advice and support.
  • Develop and implement category management strategies that drive sales growth and profitability for Hasbro.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our category management plans are aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular insights and analysis to our stakeholders, including category performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive growth and improve profitability across our e-commerce channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key retailers, including Amazon, Carrefour, and The Entertainer.
  • Work closely with our global category management team to ensure that our e-commerce category management strategies are aligned with our global business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in category management and e-commerce, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with retailer POS/loyalty card data and 3rd party data providers.
