About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Management Expert to join our team as EMEA Senior Category Manager for E-commerce. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our toys and games category online.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, providing them with expert category management advice and support.
  • Develop and implement category management strategies that drive sales growth and profitability for Hasbro.
  • Lead the development of category plans and recommendations for our key customers, including assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that category management strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on category performance and trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in category management and e-commerce.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in category management and e-commerce, preferably in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) company.
  • Strong understanding of category management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Experience working with retailer POS/loyalty card data and 3rd party data providers.
