Instore Specialist

Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro UK Ltd ('the Company') provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

**Main Purpose of Role**:

- Local Lead on Promotional instore POS strategy and Permanent Instore development and delivery to drive increased brand awareness, engagement and conversion through consistent brand execution at scale across the region.
- Promotional Instore POS strategy to include : Modular display units, Shelf merchandising, Posters & printed material
- Permanent Instore to include : Permanent : permanent Instore POS + Temporary Retail solution
- Partner with Regional & Local Commercial teams to understand business objectives and develop and deliver regional in-store promotional POS programs at scale to achieve these
- Manage the approved instore promotional POS development budget, prioritising the strategically important brands and Customers whilst maximising effectiveness against the overall business portfolio
- Proactively manage external & internal agencies to deliver cost effective business solutions within approved budget and timelines

**Specific Responsibilities**

**In-store program Execution**:

- Partner with regional team to participate in regional programs.
- Be responsible for production forecast (working with sales/customer marketing team).
- Proactively input into European retail recommendations and execution planning to ensure local requirements are met.
- Develop of non regional materials : local needed FSDU and further (bespoke needs alongside Global Activation Calendar).
- Deliver all projects on time, no overspending
- Work with marketing team on design creation (if needed)
- Benchmark to seek for future chances for brand/channel activations.

**Permanent In store**:

- Order & deliver the in store permanent plan based on local needs (retailer contact, sales contact)
- Implementation tracking & maintenance.

**Other materials**:

- Deliver Customer Catalogue cross sells, posters and other printed sales material on time, to approved budget

**Administrative tasks**:

- PR/PO management.
