CRM & Database Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing retention campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels
- Lead the CRM marketing calendar, communicating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
- Conduct competitor research, oversee segmentation, and AB testing strategies to drive results
- Work closely with the creative team to develop fresh, innovative content that resonates with our target audience
Requirements:
- 2:1 or above degree in Marketing or a related field
- ~3+ years' experience in a CRM role, ideally using platforms like Klaviyo
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and customer segmentation
- Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of HTML for campaign editing
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for making data-driven decisions
