About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing retention campaigns across multiple channels.

Your primary focus will be on crafting customer experiences that truly resonate, using data to make meaningful connections and drive results. If you're a driven CRM expert with a passion for innovation, this is an exciting opportunity to elevate our CRM strategy to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven retention campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand across platforms
  • Lead the CRM marketing calendar, communicating with key stakeholders and managing project timelines
  • Conduct competitor research, oversee segmentation, and AB testing strategies
  • Work with the creative team to develop fresh, innovative content
Requirements:
  • 2:1 or above degree in Marketing or a related field
  • ~3+ years' experience in a CRM role, ideally using platforms like Klaviyo
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of HTML for campaign editing
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for making data-driven decisions
