CRM & Database Strategist

We're seeking a talented CRM Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for crafting customer experiences that drive meaningful connections and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven retention campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction is impactful and aligned with our brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand and lead the CRM marketing calendar, communicating with key stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor research, oversee segmentation, and AB testing strategies, and work with the creative team to develop fresh, innovative content.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- ~3+ years' experience in a CRM role, ideally using platforms like Klaviyo.
- A solid understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Strong Excel skills and a basic understanding of HTML for campaign editing.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for making data-driven decisions.
