We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations and CRM Manager to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a CRM strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Line manage a Senior Email Marketing Exec and oversee the management of agencies who provide push notifications, SMS, and other services
- At least two years of experience in a senior position across email, database, or CRM marketing
- Passionate about data and able to analyze data from multiple mediums to drive results-based decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate efficiently with multiple in-house teams and agencies
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and experience with CRM platforms such as Ometria
