About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Manager to join our dynamic team at CAVU. As the CRM Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing successful strategies and initiatives for customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the CRM marketing strategy across our brands, working closely with the CRM Lead to deliver engagement and revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Deliver the BAU calendar and optimisation strategy to increase customer engagement metrics, including open, click, conversion, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Support the implementation of automated programmes to drive retention rates and build customer lifetime value/loyalty.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of CRM as a marketing discipline, with a firm understanding of how it works with the rest of the mix to complement the customer journey. You should also be able to articulate the unique opportunity it provides above other channels.
