About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Lead to join our team at CAVU. As a key member of our customer marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across multiple brands and channels.

As a CRM Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that enhance customer conversion rates, retention, and loyalty. You will also lead and guide a team in executing high-impact marketing initiatives that promote a customer-centric approach and align with customer needs and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that boosts engagement, retention, and lifetime value across email, SMS, push notifications, and web channels.
  • Deliver personalized communications throughout the customer journey to enhance conversion rates, retention, and loyalty.
  • Lead and guide a team in executing high-impact, targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach by leading initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and ensure CRM activities are aligned with customer needs and behaviors.
  • Lead A/B testing programs for campaigns, ensuring continuous learning, fresh insights, and demonstrating the incremental value of CRM to the business.
