Student Recruitment Officer

UK Management College is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our institution, working closely with students, staff, and external partners to achieve our recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Student Recruitment Manager in developing and implementing effective student recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with target profiles for each programme.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from prospective students, providing high-quality customer service and advice on the admissions process.
- Conduct consultations with prospective students, assessing their suitability for our programmes and recording details on our CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, offer holders, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development of print and online promotional materials, working closely with the Programmes Marketing team to showcase our institution's strengths and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Student Recruitment Officers to share best practice, identify opportunities, and develop cross-region/programme activities.
- Update our CRM system on a daily basis, reflecting the ongoing recruitment activity of the team and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective and admitted students.
Person Specification:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent standard) and/or proven experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in higher education, with a customer-focused approach and ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment.
- Experience working in a large, complex organisation, with the ability to build relationships to achieve work goals.
- Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural diversity, with respect for confidentiality and integrity of records.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
