Job Description

My Recruitment Career is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Manchester City Center. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new sales and leads, following up on potential sales leads, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales and leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Follow up on all potential sales leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Liaise with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Interview and register new candidates, and source candidates for current and future vacancies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Conduct reference calls to verify candidate information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Update the CRM system regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently speak with clients and candidates over phone calls and video calls.
  • Well-presented and professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Self-driven and motivated to work autonomously, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Love to take ownership of your learning and development, with a desire to grow and progress in your career.
  • Financially motivated and eager to earn uncapped commission.
