About the Role

As a Managing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a well-established team within our permanent recruitment division. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage and support a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment management, preferably in a specialist recruitment company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry
