Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering customised solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership and mutual success.
  • Account Management
    • Manage and grow a pipeline of potential deals to support consistent revenue growth.
    • Oversee the renewal and expansion of contracts to align with client expectations and business goals.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Stay current on market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and improve our competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
    • Experience in managing client accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Skills
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
    • Proactive and strategic, able to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.

What We Offer

    • £60,000 - £80,000 basic salary, with uncapped commission.

Location

This role will be hybrid and suit candidates based in the Midlands region, including Birmingham, Nottingham, Sheffield, Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Shrewsbury, Worcester, Northampton, Manchester, Liverpool, Oxford, or Cheltenham.
