About the Role

Randstad UK is a leading provider of recruitment and tuition services, dedicated to helping students achieve their full academic potential. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our established sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual families
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the education or services sector
  • Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
