Student Recruitment Officer

UK Management College is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment Officer. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our institution, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Student Recruitment Manager in developing and implementing effective student recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with target profiles for each programme.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from prospective students, providing high-quality customer service and advice on the admissions process.
- Undertake initial assessments of candidates' suitability for their chosen programme, recording details on the College's CRM system and organising consultation schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and offer holders, advising on programme details and aiding the conversion of high-quality applicants.
- Contribute to the development of print and online promotional materials to support recruitment activities, working closely with the Programmes Marketing team.
- Update the CRM system on a daily basis to reflect ongoing recruitment activity and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and admitted students.
Person Specification:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent standard) and/or proven experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in higher education, with a customer-focused approach and ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural diversity, with a positive approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Good IT skills, including MS Office and CRM software packages.
