CRM Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Strategist to join our team at CAVU. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing to create and implement a CRM strategy that boosts engagement, retention, and lifetime value across email, SMS, push notifications, and web channels.
- Deliver personalized communications throughout the customer journey to enhance conversion rates, retention, and loyalty.
- Lead and guide a team in executing high-impact, targeted marketing campaigns.
- Promote a customer-centric approach by leading initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and ensuring CRM activities are aligned with customer needs and behaviors.
- Lead A/B testing programs for campaigns, ensuring continuous learning, fresh insights, and demonstrating the incremental value of CRM to the business.
