Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies across our brands, driving engagement and revenue-growth campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Lead to deliver CRM marketing strategies across clients, experiences, and B2B markets.
  • Responsible for delivering the BAU calendar and optimization strategy, aiming to increase customer engagement metrics.
  • Support the implementation of automated programs to drive retention rates and customer lifetime value.
