About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing retention campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Your primary focus will be on using data-driven insights to inform your strategies and make data-driven decisions. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure content is on-brand across platforms and lead the CRM marketing calendar, communicating with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing retention campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Using analytics to monitor performance, track customer behaviors, and adjust strategies to drive results
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand across platforms
  • Leading the CRM marketing calendar and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Conducting competitor research, overseeing segmentation, and AB testing strategies
