**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Day-to-day management of CRM execution for a portfolio of global clients
- You will maintain relationships with our established clients and have responsibility in the production and assistance of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and face to face calls.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Segmentation of the customer database using in-house CRM tools.
- Support the wider CRM team to achieve the monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs.
- Be a champion for CRM in the business.
**Requirements**:
- 1 years' CRM experience
- Degree level qualification in marketing desired but not essential
- Experience in understanding data and building segments of customers
- An ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
