Inpatient Ward Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opening for the role of Inpatient Ward Administrative Coordinator at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. This position offers both part-time opportunities, where the successful candidate will provide dedicated administrative support across various inpatient wards within the Clinical Administration Inpatients department.
Work Schedule
Available positions include:
- 24 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Role Responsibilities
We seek a flexible, dynamic, and proactive individual to join our fast-paced and welcoming Inpatient Team. The primary responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the efficient admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
- Managing patients' medical records and ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our Patient Administration System (PAS).
- Prioritizing workload effectively while maintaining excellent communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
