About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Reception Team Lead to join our team at Nuffield Health. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Main Reception, Ward Reception, and 2nd Floor Reception, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the administration team, including preparing clinical paperwork and managing rotas.
- Handle all enquiries and queries efficiently and effectively, escalating where necessary.
- Ensure team time sheets are completed accurately and manage departmental risk assessments.
- Undertake regular one-to-one reviews with team members, setting and monitoring individual objectives.
- Promote effective communication and collaborative working between each reception area.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and sympathetic manner.
- Experience working in healthcare administration or on reception, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
