We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager at our Haywards Heath Premier Inn. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £12.59
  • A permanent contract with a guaranteed 30 hours per week
