We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Reception Team Lead to join our team at Nuffield Health. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Main Reception, Ward Reception, and 2nd Floor Reception, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the administration team, including preparing clinical paperwork and managing rotas.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering enquiries, booking appointments, and welcoming patients in person.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between reception areas.
- Manage departmental risk assessments and undertake regular one-to-one reviews with team members.
- Ensure all work meets required standards and timescales, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
