Role Overview
As a Clinical Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating patient care standards. You must be registered with the relevant governing body and possess the necessary qualifications and experience pertinent to your registration, including NMC registration. Additionally, you should have post-registration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate flexibility, motivation, and excellent communication skills as a team player.
- Collaborate within a close-knit team led by our matron on a consultant-led ward.
- Understand and prioritize each patient's individual needs.
- Work alongside some of the finest clinical professionals in the field.
- Gain valuable insights into new practices, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with practitioners from various departments to ensure seamless patient care.
