The Role

We are seeking a confident and resilient Retentions Advisor to join our excellent Customer Service Team. As the first point of contact for our existing customers looking to cancel their accounts, you will use your customer service skills and rapport building abilities to understand the specific reason for the cancellation, then help resolve the customers' problems and provide first-class support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust and rapport with customers, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Use professional, positive, and polite telephone manner to resolve customer issues
  • Stay motivated and positive in any situation, using problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Meet targets and bonus-driven performance
