The Role

We are seeking a confident and resilient individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Retentions Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our existing customers looking to cancel their accounts. You will use your customer service skills and rapport-building abilities to understand the specific reason for the cancellation and help resolve the customer's problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Build trust and rapport with customers to retain their business and maintain their satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed solutions to customers
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
