The Role

We are seeking a confident and resilient individual with a passion for excellent customer service to join our excellent Customer Service Team as a Retentions Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our existing customers looking to cancel their accounts. You will use your customer service skills and rapport building abilities to understand the specific reason for the cancellation, then help resolve the customers' problems and provide first-class support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers
  • Build trust and rapport with customers to retain their business
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Work in a contact centre environment, using a telephony-based approach
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Professional, positive, and polite telephone manner
  • Ability to stay motivated and positive in any situation
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £25,064.00 per annum
  • Uncapped bonus structure, paid weekly
  • Training in customer service skills and Excel
  • Operational hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
