Customer Service Representative

McQueens Dairies is a dynamic and growing family brand that prioritizes its employees, customers, and the British dairy industry. We're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting local farmers through our partnership with First Milk, a farmer-owned co-operative.
The RoleWe're seeking a skilled Retentions Advisor to join our excellent Customer Service Team. As the first point of contact for existing customers looking to cancel their accounts, you'll use your customer service skills and rapport-building abilities to understand their concerns and provide first-class support. Your primary goal will be to retain customers' business and maintain their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Use your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay motivated and positive in any situation, maintaining a professional and polite telephone manner.
- Meet and exceed targets, with an uncapped bonus structure and opportunities for advancement.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers, with experience in retentions highly desirable.
- Professional, positive, and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to stay motivated and positive in any situation, with a natural talent for problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Target and bonus-driven, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Competitive basic salary of £25,064.00 per annum.
- Uncapped bonus structure, paid weekly.
- Training in customer service skills and Excel.
- Additional 6-week top-up bonus, paid weekly after your first 6 weeks with the company.
- Operational hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
