About the Role

As a key member of our Customer Services Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our taxpayers, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
