Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + Bonus
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with our investment thesis and value creation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Integration: Oversee the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Process Development: Develop scalable playbooks and processes tailored to the size and location of each acquisition, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Project Management: Create and execute detailed integration plans, overseeing every step of the integration process, from due diligence to post-merger integration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Strategy teams to gather and deliver essential data and information, ensuring a cohesive and effective integration process.
- Change Management: Assist leaders of acquired businesses in adopting our Sales, Service, and Marketing models, driving cultural alignment and business success.
- Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems to ensure smooth operations, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.
- Global Travel: Travel to different locations worldwide as needed to facilitate integration activities, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on integration and business growth.
- Strong project management skills and a delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, driving cohesion and alignment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
