Our Account Management Team

As Deliveroo continues to scale, we're becoming a vital revenue channel for restaurants. Our dedicated Account Managers build strong relationships with our restaurant partners, providing best-in-class support and leveraging data-driven insights to help them grow their businesses.

About the Role: Strategic Account Manager - High-Valued Accounts

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Account Manager to manage a portfolio of our most valuable restaurant partners. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring their success within the Deliveroo ecosystem.

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an account management or commercial role, with a proven track record of driving results for clients.
  • Experience as an account manager or client servicing role in data analytics/e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to upsell ad solutions and utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Expertise in using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience presenting to key stakeholders and C-suite level executives.
