About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent administration skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, including organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, including organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Lodge and the delivery of our company's values.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Home Owners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Ensure the Lodge is maintained to a high standard, including health and safety checks and reporting any issues to the Area Manager.
