Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lodge Manager to join our team at Homegrange House, Milford-on-Sea, Hampshire. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent administration skills, and a background in customer service. You will be organized, efficient, and able to work independently, using your own initiative to manage the site and its activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the maintenance of the property and ensuring the site is safe and secure
  • Coordinating activities and events for Home Owners
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
  • Providing a first-class service to Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns
